Circle Rules Federation
The Circle Rules Federation is comprised of the co-creators and most avid players of Circle Rules Football. Under the leadership of founder Greg Manley they act as the governing body of the sport and the engine driving the expansion and further development of the game. The Federation organizes league play in New York City and assists other leagues and interested parties in every possible way.
