Kelowna Springboard and Diving Club
The Kelowna Springboard and Diving Club is dedicated to helping young athletes develop confidence and skills with a emphasis on personal achievement, team spirit, and friendly competition.
The divers in the club range from kids and youths ages 4 to 15 years of age and lessons include a 30 minute warm-up and land training then an hour in the pool.
