Tricking is done in combination with parkour with skills developing in vaulting, jumping, twists, swinging, spinning, flipping and rolling.
This new urban sport is growing in popularity and uses efficient movements commonly used in: gymnastics, martial arts and break dancing.
Classes start for kids as young as 8 years up to teens.
